Celebrity Kitchens was founded on March 10, 2002 by Cindy Weiner and Angela Martinez. Cindy and Angela were both practicing attorneys when their passion for cooking developed into a unique idea for a new business. They created a completely new dining experience, where guests can enjoy a meal prepared by a master chef right before their eyes. Guests are also invited to assist the chef in preparing the meal in hands on classes. Celebrity Kitchens offers kids cooking classes, private parties, and business and corporate events. It's an intimate and educational experience where guests can learn to cook a meal, enjoy the meal, and take home the recipes for the meal.

Our menus are determined by Mother Nature and by our resolution to support local agriculture, fisheries and viticulture. Our philosophy of food allows these partnerships to inspire our recipes.
We guarantee that you’ll be served the freshest produce, meat and fish with minimal handling. In many cases the food we share with you has been harvested the very same day. The only frozen products found in our kitchen are our house-made ice cream and sorbet! Everything is made by hand from scratch, with the exception of our wonderful Italian breads and some of the fresh pastas, which have been painstakingly selected for their superior quality.

Chef and Owner Giuseppe Martuscelli's roots and knowledge of Fine Foods and Wines originated in the Town of Santa Maria Di Castellabate near Salerno, Italy. Giuseppe came to America with the Italian Navy in 1967 and returned to stay in 1973, settling in Newark, Delaware to open his La Casa Pasta Restaurant in 1978.
Since then, he has made it his goal to serve only the most authentic Northern and Southern Italian foods. Each year, he travels back to his homeland and beyond to learn new recipes and import ingredients not to be found in the states.
His recipe for success has proven itself for over 25 years and La Casa Pasta is a landmark to people around the country. Generations of families and critics alike will agree that La Casa Pasta is authentic Italian cooking that satisfies your appetite and makes you feel right
